Here’s What You Need to Know:
15 Days to Decide: You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
Keep it as it is: Please make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, with tags still attached.
A Few Exceptions: Due to the nature of our products, bookmarks and art prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom items, sale products, and personalised pieces also cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund or Exchange: Once we’ve received your return and it’s all in order, we’ll issue a refund or send you a replacement.
